Halloween Delivery Guarantee With Express Shipping – Lingerie Diva guarantee's you will get your costume in time for Halloween when you use this service or your money back. We will refund you the full cost of your order for any orders that do not reach you by the end of the Fedex shipping day on Oct. 30th due to delays by FedEx. If FedEx has a delay while shipping your package and it arrives after Oct 31st simply write “refused” on the package and we will refund you when we receive the item back. (Saturday delivery not included.)
