The Contest: From April 1–30, Lingerie Diva will host the month-long ‘Know Your Diva’ contest, giving customers the opportunity to submit entries to win a $200 gift certificate to Lingerie Diva as detailed below.
How to enter: To enter the Lingerie Diva contest, you must answer as many of the ten ‘Know Your Diva’ questions (below) as you can; plus, write down as many of the five top-selling items as you can in the bonus question, which will ultimately work as a tie breaker. Submit your answers through e-mail to marketing@lingeriediva.com by April 30 at 11:59 PM CST. You must include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail in the submission in order to qualify.

Eligibility: This contest is only open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. It is also required that the contestant be a Facebook fan on Lingerie Diva’s Facebook page. Each person may only submit one set of answers in the allotted amount of time. Employees and agents of Lingerie Diva, and their respective affiliates, officers, distributors, agencies, and prize suppliers, and their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.
How to win: The contestant that answers the most questions correctly will win a $200 gift certificate to Lingerie Diva after all the results are in for the April 30 deadline. At the chance that several contestants answer all of the questions correctly, those names will be put into a drawing, and one winner will be chosen. The winner will be notified by phone or e-mail around the first week of May, and their name will be posted on Lingerie Diva’s Facebook page. In the event that the original winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she forfeits the prize, Lingerie Diva will award the prize to the first alternate. This process will continue until the prize is awarded.
Grand Prize: One winner will receive a $200 gift certificate to Lingerie Diva. This prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. The individual is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.

Except where prohibited by law, by entering the ‘Know Your Diva’ contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, picture and biographical data and/or any other information contained in his/her entry in advertising, promotional and marketing materials by Sponsor and the Sponsor Affiliates without additional compensation.
The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form that releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Lingerie Diva, its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the "Release") from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
If the winner is required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, the prize will not be released until Lingerie Diva receives all required documents. Failure of Grand Prize winner to return the Forms within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of a prize forfeiture, the winner or parent or legal guardian of the winner forfeiting prize will sign a Prize Forfeit Form and return to Lingerie Diva within ten (10) days of receiving the Form.
In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an e-mail entry, the entry will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Unforeseen Events: Lingerie Diva reserves the right to change this contest at its sole discretion at any time that Lingerie Diva becomes aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the sweepstakes security or fairness. Lingerie Diva reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rules changes online. Lingerie Diva is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.
